インスタグラムでは、仕事の進捗や日々の出来事（プライベートも含む）を発信しています。フィードは時系列をあまり気にせず、ストーリーズはリアルタイムで更新しています。
note では、一般の方向けに暮らしのインテリアスタイリングや料理のレシピ、旅先で出会った素敵なお店や宿の記録などを（無料で）まとめています。また、デザイナー向けには、プロジェクトのスケッチや失敗談、デザインアワードへの応募方法や戦略といった内容を（有料記事として）発信していく予定です。
SNSは、ビジネス寄りというより「中家拓郎／空間デザイナー」としてのありのままの姿を共有しています。どちらも、ぜひフォローしていただけると嬉しいです。
On Instagram, I share updates on my work as well as everyday moments — including some from my personal life. The feed isn’t strictly chronological, while Stories are posted in real time.
On note, I post free content for a general audience, such as interior styling ideas for daily living, cooking recipes, and records of inspiring shops or hotels I’ve visited on my travels.
